Back in 2022, I met the missionaries who introduced me to the gospel of Jesus Christ. At first, I struggled to understand their message because of my background in another faith. Even after baptism, I felt unsure of how to fully live the gospel and eventually drifted away from the Church for about a year.
During that time, I often felt disconnected, even from my own family. I spent time with friends in activities that didn’t help me grow spiritually. I was searching for belonging but didn’t realize I was looking in the wrong places.
Then something unexpected happened. Friends invited me to a young single adult conference. That event changed me. I learned the importance of understanding my divine purpose. I felt the Spirit again. I realized that Heavenly Father was lovingly guiding me back, and through the gift of repentance, I returned to church with a stronger faith than ever before.
Because of that change of heart, I decided to serve as a full-time missionary. Preparing for this sacred work has not been easy. I thought missionary service would come naturally, but it required real effort: studying the scriptures diligently, working alongside the missionaries in my ward, participating in Church activities, and faithfully attending sacrament meetings. Through it all, I’ve felt the Lord strengthening me each step of the way.

I am so grateful for this opportunity to serve. My greatest dream is to help Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ gather Israel and invite all to come unto Christ.
Brothers and sisters, the call of the Lord is not just about doing more, it’s about becoming more. A disciple. A servant. A covenant keeper. A light to others.
Sometimes we feel unqualified or inadequate, but the Lord gave this promise:
“And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness... if they humble themselves... then will I make weak things become strong unto them.” (Ether 12:27)
The Lord doesn’t just call the qualified. He qualifies those He calls.
This truth has strengthened me. My challenges and trials have become stepping stones that led me closer to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Always remember: Heavenly Father knows you by name, and He will never stop reaching out to you.
