Elder Haynie teaches us about the blessings we receive as individuals, families, as a church, and as a nation when we pay a full and honest tithe. As members of the Church pay a full tithe, the Lord will 'open the windows of heaven' and 'pour... out a blessing' that will exceed our capacity to receive.
